You’ll receive personalized nutrition targets tailored to your preferences, complete with calorie and macronutrient goals (Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat) specifically designed to help you achieve your unique fitness objectives. You will be educated throughout this process in order to make your own informed decisions to ultimately transform your lifestyle. This is not a quick fix approach, all of the nutritional advice & support that you will receive will hopefully be implemented into your daily life forever. O Callaghan Fitness encourages Macro Friendly Cooking and any specific meal ideas will be shared to help you stick to your calorie & macronutrient targets. This approach ensures you can manage your calorie intake while enjoying foods you love.
Training:
You’ll receive a comprehensive training program that includes exercises, sets, reps, tempo and recommended rest times. Don’t worry if you’re unsure about proper exercise form—each movement comes with a video demonstration to ensure you can perform them safely and correctly. Whether you have access to a gym or prefer home workouts, we’ve got you covered. Each training program is tailored to YOU and your specific needs. We will introduce progressive overload to ensure that you are getting stronger from week to week.
Support:
Expect ongoing support, where you can reach out with any questions or concerns. We’re here for you throughout your journey. Every day you will complete a daily log which takes roughly 60 seconds to complete. This will log your weight so we can use daily averages to track your progress. Kevin will always respond to questions within 24 hours and will monitor and comment on every single working to make necessary adjustments, and provide additional advice and guidance based on your results.
Accountability:
Accountability is a huge part of the O Callaghan Fitness philosophy. It is so important that we have an app dedicated completely to accountability. As part of the premium online coaching you will be asked to complete a daily log form every single day, as well a check in once a week. This will help to ensure that one bad day never turns into two bad days. Once a week you will receive a personalised video running through your weekly check-in where all elements of your week will be reviewed.
